Ocean City's Holiday Spectacular Set for Friday to Sunday

The Greater Ocean City Theatre Company presents a family musical revue Dec. 13 to 15.

With a new theme for 2013, the Greater Ocean City Theatre Company's annual holiday spectacular will feature songs from favorite holiday cinematic hits and a brand new set.

The family musical revue, titled "Lights, Camera, Christmas!," will be presented in five shows Dec. 13 to 15.

The show kicks off with a brand new song that was composed specifically for the Greater Ocean City Theatre Company by award-winning composers Keith Wilson and Juan Cantu.

The show features a cast of professional singers and dancers in a high-energy, family–oriented, song-and-dance tribute to the holidays, directed and choreographed by OCTC Artistic Director Michael Hartman.

Through dazzling costumes, familiar songs, special guests, toe-tapping numbers and special effects, the extravaganza aims to kindle the holiday spirit in all of us as the magic of the season comes to life in a brand-new musical journey through seasonal favorites.

Shows are 10:30 a.m and 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13; 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14; and 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 15 at the Ocean City Music Pier, Moorlyn Terrace and the Boardwalk.
