The 10th annual Ocean City Beach Patrol Women’s Invitational will be held on July 24 on the 34th Street beach

“OCBP wins 4 of 5 events at home invitational; O.C. women get second in remaining event, take another lifeguard competition” was the headline in the August 1, 2012 Ocean City Sentinel. The article reported: Rachel Boudart and Emma Elmer won the doubles row; Erin Curry won the swim; Shawnee Foglio and Holly Berenotto won the row-swim; Erin Curry won the paddleboard; and Stephanie Hauck, Carly Wray, Jill Smaniotto and Sam Brady place second in the surf dash.

Ocean City Fire Chief Chris Breunig and OCBP Chief Tom Mullineaux stand on either side of team: Erin Curry and Stephanie Hauck hold the championship trophy in front of Jill Smaniotto, Shawnee Foglio, Carly Wray, Holly Berenotto, Rachel Boudart, Samantha Brady and Emma Elmer.

The 10th annual Ocean City Beach Patrol Women’s Invitational will be held on Wednesday, July 24 on the 34th Street beach.  The first event, the doubles rowing race, will begin at 6:15 p.m. The OCBP will be trying to win their third straight OC invitational.
