So not true .... have know Tommy for over 45 years and the LAST thing that he is is a shyster. Are your parents any different then the rest of us or should Tommy treat them different? You are mad caused you got charged big money for service on Memorial Day weekend. See if your parents could get someone to call them back on Memorial Day weekend in their home town.

In one word.....SHYSTER! Watch out! There is no other way to get my point across...especially in this short allotted space. I am passionate about consumer protection and in this town, if you are not diligent, you can easily get "taken" by "piranhas" just waiting for second home owner's or others "not in the know". I live here year round and am now "in the know" but early on, I had to learn my lesson first hand. I was absolutely ripped off. Against my advice (and other's), my parents were just ripped off on Tuesday May 29, 2012. My parents own 2 rental properties here and were "pressed for time" due to a flight out that same day. Ulmer's took advantage of my sweet, honest, hardworking, elderly (80+) parents. For fear of losing my audience due to the length of my review, I'll leave you with this...CALL ANYONE ELSE, ask your neighbors, let your fingers do the walking BUT DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! This review is my opinion based on personal experience. PS-I HAD to choose 1 Star in order to get this review posted.
We've dealt with Ulmer's for many years, and Tommy never lets you down! Any season ~ any issue. Amazing how he "trouble shoots" from his phone and then almost always has the part needed on his truck when he arrives ~ promptly. You can't beat this service.

I used Tommy all the time in the 10 years I owned a property in OC. He was always fairly priced and always solved the problem. Most of the times I had to use him was specifically during holiday periods and never felt he overcharged me. He even gave me a neat little trick to keep my diswasher from gumming up in the winter and having to call him back during memorial day to fix it when we opened up our place. Sorry propertywatcher, but you are not accurate with your comments.
