A week before they closed for the season - and they should have closed last month. They were out of many of the menu items. Service was terrible - while eating soup the main meal arrived and the appetizer arrived undercooked 5 minutes after the entre. I am sure the soup was canned, mashed potatoes low quality instant, gravy almost sickening, and although I suspected the fried chicken would be frozen before I ordered it - I thought it would at least not taste stale. The only thing positive I can say about the meal was the Baked potatoe was OK and there was free refills on the soda.

Nestled next to the Impala Inn with only a pool and a deck between the two, this fantastic restaurant is a local and visitor favorite. Located about 100 yards off the beach at 10th and Ocean, the restaurant is a great place to bring the family or a date. Scallops, shrimp, steak, salads... the menu is fresh and the service perfect. Shhhhh! Keep this one to yourself.

Vacation in OCNJ for the last 16 years and have always gone to the Bloom'n Tulip. NEVER AGAIN!!! Went with my family there were 6 of us total. Told the hostess were separate, but wanted to sit by each other. They put us at tables across from each other (separate checks and separate tables) and treated us as a group of 6 and added gratuity on our check. When I questioned it they said we were a group. How can you be a group of 6 when your at separate a table and separate checks. The food came before we even finished our salad. Waitress never came to check and see if we needed more drinks and never asked us if we wanted coffee or dessert. For this service we paid 18% gratuity which we had no choice. Will never visit or recommended this restaurant to anyone.
