As an insured homeowner who suffered damage to my home from Hurricane Sandy, I phoned the agency on 11-5-12 to inquire about my Adjuster and when he would be at my home to assess the damage. An employee of Darby who identified herself as April was rude and maliciously insensitive to my questions. If I can not call with questions about my coverage why am I using this company to insure my home. I feel April needs some training in dealing with policy holders and their needs in this difficult time. I only hope that April never has to deal with her home being damaged and the emotional toll this storm has taken on all of the homeowners who have policies with this company.
