Funky atmosphere. Best cookie you can buy (oatmeal, chocolate chips and cranberries) and excellent tea. We don't drink coffee but our friends who do swore by it and went back 3 times each day they were in OCNJ. Good breakfast. It's where the locals hang out and watch the traffic. Outside seating available as well. WiFi. Go there!

Tried is once and it was okay. Not up to Who's on First (that used to be in this location and had to move) - WOF is #1 for coffee and the bakery offerings. Okay service. Pretty eat in area.
