I moved to Ocean City two years ago and am so glad I found A Bella Salon & Spas. I previously lived in New York City, Philadelphia, Washington DC, and Boston... and can honestly say I much prefer the services and staff at A Bella Salon & Spas to any of the salon and spas I went to in the cities I lived prior. I've gone to A Bella for hair services, manicures, pedicures, facials, prenatal massages, aromatherapy massages, and eyebrow threading. All have been top notch that I would recommend to my best friends. I have even brought my friends to A Bella for a bachelorette party spa day. All of my friends also had wonderful experiences and enjoyed their fantastic services. Beyond the amazing services, the staff at A Bella is incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. They are so accommodating. You immediately feel like part of the family. If you are looking for a friendly salon and spa with amazing services, you've found it.

POOR SERVICE! Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website! This is definitely THE worst experience I have ever had in any salon. The stylist was surly and pretty rushed. She clipped the sides of my hair with clippers very quickly, missing lots of bits and pieces here and there. She takes me to the washbowl, doesn't even use a towel, makes my back all wet and drippy, and uses blunt scissors on my hair, again leaving lots of uneven bits and pieces everywhere. At the end, she didn't even ask if I wanted my hair styled and I walked out of there with a mess on my head. Thankfully a friend was able to take another half an hour to properly fix it. Then, to boot, after writing an email to them (from their website) I receive an email in response defending her actions and stating that, "she wasn't in a rush." Wow, thanks for the reassurance, I thought. Maybe if they actually had looked at my head instead of assuming that I was some inattentive boob they wouldn't have dissatisfied clients.
