Tickets Still Available for Community Center Gala on Friday

The Ocean City Community Center Association (OCCCA) is going casual this year for its third annual gala — this one with an "Endless Summer" theme.

Tickets are $40 per person and include hors d'oeuvres (heavy enough to make a meal) and wine and beer. The event will be held 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at Caffe Luciano in the Seaview Harbor community on the Longport causeway.

All proceeds go straight to programs and amenities at the Ocean City Community Center, which includes the Ocean City Free Public Library, Ocean City Arts Center, Ocean City Historical Museum, Ocean City Aquatics and Fitness Center and the Howard S. Stainton Senior Center.
