Brace Yourself for a Serious Taco Shortage!

Believe it or not, Summer is at an end. With the end of summer comes the hibernation of some or our favorite foods... like TACOS!
Well fear not! This recipe will see you through the Fall and Winter. It's healthier than the fast food places and a LOT healthier than the prepackaged junk they sell in the Mega Market. Try it... you'll thank me!!

Restaurant Style Taco Meat Seasoning


1 1/2 TBL Corn Flour (or All Purpose)
4 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika (Smoked Paprika is my favorite)
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Dried Minced Onion
1/2 tsp Beef Bullion Granules
1/4 tsp Ground Red Pepper (or  Cayenne Pepper) 

1 to 1 1/2 Lbs Ground Meat
1 Cup Water

Directions:

1. Mix all seasonings together.
2. Crumble ground meat into a large skillet and brown over medium heat.
3. Remove from heat and drain water and grease from pan.
4. Return meat to skillet and pour in seasonings and water.
5. Reduce heat to medium until most of the liquid has cooked away
6. Serve with your favorite brew or some icy cold tequilla and your choice of toppings, such as
Sour Cream
Ceso Fresco
Cheddar Cheese
Salsa
Lettuce
Avocado
Guacamole
