Ocean City Girls Swim Team to Compete for First State Title

The Red Raiders face Chatham on Sunday at The College of New Jersey in Ewing.

The Ocean City High School girls swim team advanced to the NJSIAA State Group B final for the first time in history, nj.com reports.

The Red Raiders defeated Princeton, 94-76, in the Group B state semifinals this week, according to the report. Ocean City will face Chatham in the state final on Sunday at 2 p.m. at The College of New Jersey in Ewing.

Ocean City is 14-0 this season and won the Cape-Atlantic League championship before capturing the South Jersey B title with a 95-75 win over Haddonfield.
