School Board Returns Moiso as President, Picks Oves as VP

Brenda Moiso and Tom Oves were chosen to serve at the board reorganization meeting on Thursday.

In a vote among their peers on Thursday, Brenda Moiso was selected to return as president of the Ocean City Board of Education, and Tom Oves was chosen as vice president.

The pair will serve until the next board reorganization meeting in January 2013.

Oves succeeds H. James Bauer as vice president of the board. Oves and Bauer were each nominated as president, but each declined his nomination, leaving Moiso as the only candidate.
