  • Commitment to the district’s mission to make students active citizens
  • Improving graduation rates and college enrollment numbers

What would you like voters to know about you and your vision for the board:

To put it plainly and simply, I’m running for School Board because I want to help make a difference in the lives of our district's students, just as the teachers and staff of our island’s schools have made in mine. Even from an early age, they instilled in me the importance of good citizenship and community engagement, and it’s these ideals I still hold dearly today. Not long ago, I was a student in this district, and I believe it’s my recent experience which will allow me to better act to serve the needs of our students.
