Family in school system: All five children have graduated from Ocean City High School, and one granddaughter will attend soon.

Occupation: Retired Executive County School Business Administrator

Public Service: Contributions made to local community groups, Saint Damien Parish, Bredan Borek High Tide Fund and others.

Three issues you think are most important:

• Continued quality education for the students in Ocean City is most important.
• Providing a healthy and safe environment in school facilities.
• Employment of qualified, conscientious personnel who care about our students. 

What you would like voters to know about you and your vision for the board:

As a representative on the Board of Education, my primary responsibility is to listen to the public regarding their expressed concerns and issues. To the best of my ability, I will try to resolve those issues as a board member by providing informed, thoughtful and reasonable solutions for all board members to consider which will ultimately serve to provide better educational opportunities for our learning community.
