Three issues you think are most important:

  • Maintaining Ocean City’s current quality of education
  • Intelligent management of the budget
  • Working to involve the community in the educational process to build school and community spirit in Ocean City.

What you would like voters to know about you and your vision for the board:

By definition, the board is made up of many fine individuals from diverse walks of life, which bring their perspectives to the table to represent the interests of the community. Their perspectives, insights and knowledge represent the community in the process of planning for the future of education in a school system that stands tall as a positive example for not only our community but our entire area.  As I bring experience as a working educator in the area to the table, I will look at policy matters with an eye to how they will function in the classroom environment, at the level of student and teacher experience and practicality in the school system. That is the perspective I wish to bring to the board.
