Ocean City High School to Participate in Esther Weil Student Music Competition

The event is May 6 at the Music Pier. It is free and open to the public.

Ocean City High School is one of seven high schools who will compete in this year's Esther Weil Student Music Competition at the Ocean City Music Pier.

The event takes place May 6, 4 p.m.-6:30 p.m. and is run by the Friends of the Ocean City Pops. It is free and open to the public.

Thousands of dollars will be awarded to musically talented students throughout the region, courtesy the Scheible Encore Society.

Other participating schools include: Cape May County High School, Egg Harbor Township High School, Hammonton High School, Middle Township High School, Oakcrest High School and Wildwood Catholic High School.
