Ocean City Asks Public to Take Survey on Open Space Needs

The Environmental Commission is working on an Open Space and Recreation Plan.

The Ocean City Environmental Commission is developing a plan that will guide future open space acquisition and usage in the city, and the group is looking for public input.

Ocean City residents and visitors are asked to participate by answering questions about open space and recreation facilities.

Participants can complete the survey:

  • Online at http://www.ocnj.us/OpenSpace/
  • By completing a hard copy of the survey available at the reception desk at City Hall, 861 Asbury Avenue, Monday through Friday 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m
The public also can participate by attending a public meeting (the public is invited to the next Environmental Commission meeting 6:30 p.m. Nov. 4 at the Bayside Center on the 500 block of Bay Avenue).
