Mayor Jay Gillian Schedules Second Ward Meeting for March 6

The meeting is the last of four in each of Ocean City's wards.

Mayor Jay Gillian announced Friday that he will hold a community meeting in the Second Ward at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, in the Community Room at (entrance off Sixth Street).

The mayor will be joined by Councilwoman Karen Bergman, the Second Ward's representative on City Council.

At the meeting, Gillian will share information about current and upcoming city projects, plans and other issues, including those of particular interest to the Second Ward. The public is invited to attend and bring their questions about Second Ward issues.

The event is the last in a series of community meetings in each of the city's four wards. Gillian has already held meetings in the Third and Fourth wards. A is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 21.

Ocean City's Second Ward includes addresses from the south side of Fourth Street to the north side of 12th Street.
