Letter From Mayor: Met With Congressman on Ocean City Issues

Ocean City Mayor Jay Gillian posts his Dec. 13 update to citizens.

Dear Friends:

I have been fortunate enough to spend the last two days in Washington, DC.  I met with Congressman LoBiondo and his staff to discuss various issues of importance to Ocean City, including beach replenishment and bay/lagoon dredging.  The Congressman remains active on these and other issues of importance to Ocean City.

Ocean City has no shortage of events this holiday season.  This weekend I encourage you to see the Ocean City Regional Theatre Company’s new holiday show “Lights, Camera, Christmas.”  The show feature professional singers and dancers celebrating the season with a revue of songs from your favorite Holiday movies.  Show times at the Music Pier are tonight at 7:30 pm, Saturday at 2:00 pm and 7:30 pm and Sunday at 2:00 pm.  Michael Hartman has put together another great show that you and your family will enjoy!  For tickets visit www.ocnj.us/boxoffice or the Music Pier Box Office that is open an hour and a half before each show time.
