"The hope is for the public to get to know more about the four councilman, and give them an opportunity to speak to the members of FIT although it's open to everyone," FIT Secretary Cathy Guinosso said.  "It's a two-way thing. The taxpayers or homeowners will learn more about the candidates-elect and they will get an opportunity to speak to us."
