Mayor Jay Gillian announces community meetings in each of Ocean City's four wards.

The mayor hopes to answer them in a series of community meetings starting in early November.

Mayor Jay Gillian announced that he will hold community meetings in each of the city's four wards. The first two meetings are:

  • (south side of 12th Street to north side of 26th Street): 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, at the .
  • (south side of 26th Street to 59th Street): 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at the social hall.

Third Ward Councilman John Flood will attend the Nov. 3 meeting, and Fourth Ward Councilman Roy Wagner will attend the Nov. 12 meeting. At-large council members are expected to participate as well.

All of Gillian's department heads will be present to help answer questions. Meetings for the other two wards will be announced at a later date.
