Ocean City Police Apprehend Suspect With Handgun Tuesday Morning

The police made the arrest following the report of domestic violence on West 9th Street.

Ocean City Police responded to a domestic violence incident involving a handgun in the unit block of West 9th Street Tuesday morning.

The victim reported the incident at police headquarters around 8 a.m., according to police.

The Cape May County Guns, Gangs and Narcotics Response Team was activated due to the alleged involvement of the handgun.

The suspect was apprehended without incident at 9:45 a.m.
