PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • Just a reminder that it is a violation of a City Ordinance to have dogs on the boardwalk anytime during the year.
  • City Ordinance 87-17sec.4-32 prohibits any Boat/Trailer over 22 feet in overall length from being parked on a city street.  Any boat/trailer less than 22 feet in overall length can only remain on a city street for three consecutive days.  Officers will be issuing summons and towing boats/trailers for any observed violations.

I'd be interested in seeing the results of the MV stops. How many people don't have the right registration/license/insurance? How many people have outstanding warrants? What other discoveries are there? Drunk driving?... just curious...
