Ocean City Man Indicted for Posting Nude Photos of Woman Online
Ryan C. McCarty allegedly posted nude photos of a Washington Township woman online after setting up a fake account in her name.
An Ocean City man was indicted this week on invasion of privacy charges for posting nude photos of a Washington Township woman on the Internet.
Ryan C. McCarty, 33, of the 1400 block of Ocean Avenue, was indicted on two counts of third-degree invasion of privacy, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office.
McCarty allegedly established an account on an adult website using the victim’s name. He is then accused of posting nude photos of the victim online using the account.
