Ocean City Man Among 13 Charged in Alleged Scarfo Racketeering Scheme

Todd Stark, 43, faces a single charge of firearms conspiracy.

An Ocean City man is scheduled to make an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Camden today to answer charges that he helped alleged mobster Nicodemo S. Scarfo in a crime scheme.

Todd Stark, 43, is charged with conspiracy to provide ammunition for a 9mm handgun to Scarfo in an indictment unsealed yesterday charging 13 individuals—including Scarfo, an alleged member and associate of the Lucchese organized crime family, Salvatore Palullo and several attorneys—for racketeering and related offenses including the alleged extortionate takeover of FirstPlus Financial Group, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Stark's Ocean City address is not publicly listed.
