Most Wanted: Police Seek Ocean County Woman for Parental Abduction

Svetlana Kay, 38, is wanted out of Ocean County for parental abduction.

Kay is described as a white female standing approximately 5-foot-7 and weighing about 100 pounds with a fair complexion. She has blonde hair, gray eyes and is considered armed and very dangerous.
