School Bureaucrats Usurping Parental Responsibility

Fellow Americans,

The Mainland School bureaucrats are trying sugarcoat the  violation of their students' Constitutional Rights with their random drug testing policy.

Have they not heard of the Fourth Amendment?
If not it guarantees citizens ( are they excluding American students?) to be protected from "unreasonable searches and seizures. A warrant is to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause."

Random drug testing is a giant fishing expedition, totally as its 'name' suggests Random,  no probable cause, and a direct assault on any lessons taught on the meaning of our Democracy and the Bill of Rights! What are they teaching the students?

Scratch the surface on this ugliness and don't be surprised to find a business arrangement of this irresponsible school board and the Drug Testing Corporation getting the contract.

Where are the Parents? Do they trust that their children's best interests are being safeguarded by these self-righteous hypocrites?

The Mainland "education bureaucracy" are counting on the apathy and indifference of the young peoples' parents in this abuse of authority.

As George Orwell said in his famous book "1984": Until they become conscious they will never rebel."

It's time for the parents to wake-up and protect their young.
