Real Debates Necessary- Citizens Questions Not Moderators
The public deserves a rough & tumble opportunity to directly question Ed Price and Jay Gillian.
This also goes with the men running for council at large: Mr. Eric Sauder, Mr. Hyson, Mr. Madden and the 2 people who have already served 8 long years and going for 12, Misters Allegretto & Hartzell.
Having OCCA and FIT orchestrate and control the format of " debates" is not even close to democracy.
The debates would be in their interests.
Town hall discussion with the citizens lining up to ask the candidates unfiltered questions is in the public interest.
It is the responsibility of the citizens and legitimate, honorable candidates to make it happen.
