SPEAK OUT: Give Peace A Chance

I have become painfully aware of the misuse of Memorial Day.

It has become a glorification of war. The government rushes into a  new war before taking care of the wounded and severely injured from the last war.

It has lost sight of the dead young soldiers on both sides as well as all the innocent children, men and women.
It is paving the way for endless wars and victims.

It claims lies as truth- they died for our freedom.
It makes words like Freedom meaningless as fugitive Edward Snowden shows.

America has criminalized the truth teller and rewards our Criminal pillars of society from the Nation's Capitol to small town USA.
We, the People, must restore Memorial Day for stopping the insanity of War, not promoting it.
