A change of heart and Off to Play Golf - while our Nation waits patiently

So now the President had a change of heart and he supports the need for the Congress to give its approval  regarding any strikes on Syria. He doesn't say when; "the issue is not time sensitive - it can be tomorrow, next week or a month from now" he declared in his statement.
In his speech yesterday the President noted that: "out of the ashes of world war, we built an international order and enforced the rules that gave it meaning." He was right. That was then. The global order is now beginning to fall apart; primarily because the United States is no longer willing to enforce the rules under our current President.                                                                      It is obvious the reason for the delay is his trip to the European Summit which puts him out of the country for about a week. The Congressional debate has to wait until he returns from his European trip.
