The annual contest raises money for the park at 45th Street and Haven Avenue.

Albert, a sprightly English Springer Spaniel, was crowned Ocean City’s “Dog of the Year” during a ceremony at the Port O’ Call  in Ocean City on Sunday (Oct. 27). The award goes to the canine that has raised the most money for the Cape May County Dog Park in Ocean City.
