The annual crowning of the 2012 Dog of the Year will take place on Sunday, October 30th at 11:30 at the Port-O-Call Hotel.
There will also be a Canine Costume Contest immediately following the crowning. Costumes will be judged in a variety of categories and prizes will be awarded. Registration is required prior to event.
As always, there will be a Silent Auction. All proceeds will benefit the Cape May County Dog Park in Ocean City. Bring your wallets and checkbooks and plan on bidding on items for holiday gifts.
There will also be Dog of Year T-shirts, and calendars for sale.
Volunteers are always needed to help to run this event, so if you are interested in lending a hand, please report to the Port-O-Call around 11am the day of the event.
