   OCBP Captain Thomas A. Williams looks on as City Commissioner Laurence P. Lunny presents 1951 rowing trophies to Tom Oves and Bill Morrow. Morrow will join Oves in the Ocean City Beach Patrol Hall of Fame at the August 9th Lifeguard Reunion Party.    Ocean City lifeguards will be on the Decatur Avenue beach in Margate Friday evening, August 1st ready to compete in the 69th annual Margate Beach Patrol World War II Memorial Lifeguard Races. The three event tournament—doubles row, swim, singles row—begins at 6:30 p.m.
