Free meditation and cultivating awareness work

Kate Lutz presents this class to support people at various levels of interest and experience.The two-hour class includes: 

several guided meditations, the day’s topic, group interactions, and a little journaling. (bring a notebook!) Class topics include --
understanding how we focus our energy, creating beliefs, shifting out of old patterns, and living in the now.  

In addition to closed eye meditations, Kate helps others learn techniques for mindfulness as a way to become more present.  Practiced for even a few minutes several times a day, these techniques can lead to more calmness within.
