Exodus Holiday Charity Run 10 miler

EXODUS HOLIDAY CHARITY RUN 10 MILER


The 4th Exodus Holiday Charity Run 10miler will be held Saturday, December 15th. The registration fee for the running races sponsored by Exodus Integrated Wellness will be an unwrapped toy for an infant, child or teen to be donated to the Waves of Caring Toy Drive. 


The event gives runners and walkers an opportunity to participate in a fun event, while helping local families in financial need.

Runners of all ages will be able to take part in a 10-mile run, a 5-kilometer walk/run, or a 1-mile fun run for kids. Starting times on Saturday, Dec. 15th are:



  • 10-mile: 8:30 a.m.

  • 5K: at 9 a.m.

  • 1-mile Fun Run: 9:30 a.m.


On race day, runners should report to the Exodus Integrated Wellness studio (623 Bay Ave.) at least 15 minutes prior to their slated race time to fill out waiver forms. Runners are encouraged to pre-register by emailing exoduswellness@gmail.com or calling 609-399-0595. Day-of registrations will also be accepted.

Prizes will be awarded for the top three finishers for each race regardless of age and sex. Results will be posted post-race at exoduswellness.com under the news section.


Course descriptions are as follows:



  • 10 mile:  623 Bay Ave (Exodus) starting point. North on Bay Avenue to North Street. East (right) on North to Boardwalk. Go to end of Boardwalk and go south (left) on Wesley to 32nd Street and Wesley. Turn around and run back to Exodus the same route.

  • 5K: 623 Bay Ave to North Street. East on North To Boardwalk. Continue Boardwalk to Fifth Street. West (right) on Fifth Street Back To Bay. Left on Bay to Exodus.

  • 1 mile:  From Exodus, right down Sixth Street to West Avenue.  Left on West Ave to Fifth Street. Left on Fifth to Bay Avenue. Turn around and head back to Exodus.
