Ocean City Trick-or-Treating Postponed Again

The island's Halloween celebration will be moved to a date still to be announced.

With the city still concerned about children's safety on debris-filled streets, the City of Ocean City announced early Sunday afternoon that the annual trick-or-treating celebration scheduled for Monday evening will be postponed.

The rescheduled date is yet to be announced.

The Oct. 31 tradition was first postponed because it came just two days after Hurricane Sandy struck the island. The event had been rescheduled for 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5.
