The Ocean City Community Center reopened on Friday — after closing for five days during the mandatory evacuation for Hurricane Sandy.

The center will close at 7 p.m. in conjunction with a nighttime driving curfew in effect from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.

The Ocean City Free Public Library, Ocean City Arts Center and Ocean City Historical Museum all are open. Yianni's Cafe is open with a limited selection of food and drinks.

The Fitness Center remains open, and a full schedule of classes resumes on Saturday.

The Aquatics Center remains closed due to saltwater damage to the 25-meter pool's pump.

Is there anyone collecting clothing and household stuff. I do not live in new Jersey but people I know on Facebook want to donate clothes and other stuff and want to know where to rake or mail it to?
