Select Properties Make Presentation on Six-Story Codominium Unit to Planning Board

Select Properties Inc. made their pitch for a six-story, 92-condominium complex to be put next to the Flanders Hotel on 11th Street and Ocean Avenue to the Planning Board Wednesday night, ocnjdaily.com reports.

Select owns the parking lot next to the hotel, and a redevelopment plan for the Soleil already allows for a project of similar size, but that project never got going for financial reasons, according to the report.

The presentation was not designed to serve as an application or a request to adjust the existing site plans, but the first step in a process that would include review by the Planning Board, City Council and the public, according to the report.

The project would include 88 four-bedroom units and four three-bedroom units, according to the report.
