Prudential Fox & Roach Gets a New Name and New Brand

The Ocean City and regional real estate company adds Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices to its name.

With a flurry of ribbon-cuttings at four different branches in Ocean City on Tuesday, Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors became Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices.

Across the Delaware Valley at 65 offices, building signs and yard signs changed from blue to cabernet, marking a new brand for the regional real estate company.

Prudential Fox & Roach is Ocean City's fastest-growing real estate agency. Its staff and services will remain the same, but the change will allow brokers to take advantage of the brand and shared resources of a internationally known company controlled by billionaire Warren Buffett.
