Ocean City Chamber to Honor Cricket Frank

The Corporate Vice President for OC Hotels and Property Management will be honored April 10 at the Yacht Club.

Cricket Frank, Corporate Vice President for OC Hotels and Property Management will receive the 2014 Salute to Working Women Award and will be honored at the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce luncheon April 10, the Chamber announced on Friday.

The award recognizes women in business for their outstanding professional and personal achievements.

Frank has worked with OC Hotels and Property Management, which includes T/A Impala Island Inn and Beach Club Hotel, for 50 years. She’s worked in every department before becoming the corporate vice president.

She is a Trustee and Vice Chairman of the Board of Ocean City Community Center Association, Vice President of the Ocean City Regional Chamber of Commerce, and an Executive Member of the Ocean City Hospitality Association.

Frank was also on the Pediatric Committee for Shore Memorial Hospital, Co-Chair of the Stainton Society of Shore Memorial Hospital, a Board Member of the Ocean City Cultural Arts Center, and a Medic on the Ocean City Beach Patrol.

She has been married to Tony Frank for 49 years. They have two daughters, Kimberly and Tory, and three granddaughters, Berkeley, Anhwei and Goldie.

The luncheon at the Ocean City Yacht Club will honor all working women at home or in the workforce.
