Deal: Here's a reminder about a New Jersey Turnpike Authority policy that sometimes helps consumers. The state changes gas prices on the Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway only once a week: on Fridays. So while the prices at the pump are skyrocketing everywhere else, Parkway gas is stuck at $3.26 a gallon for the next two days. It's a good deal if you're traveling the Parkway soon.

Good through: Thursday, March 10
