The Community Arts Project will hold its 5th Annual COSTUME PARTY, "Lost At Sea" from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Flanders Hotel, 11th and Boardwalk. This is a Shipwrecked Ghost themed party and a great way to celebrate Halloween with friends while assisting a worthwhile cause.
