Community Update

Disappointed does not even begin to describe our experience at BIG SLICE this past weekend. We were we insulted, treated poorly and eventually told to get out of the restaurant all because we complained about how long we were waiting for our order. The owner himself actually tried to belittle my husband, call me a liar and this all took place in front of my 3 young children. I simply had enough and my kids could not wait after 40 mins of placing our order and not a sign of any food, so I requested our check for the drinks and we wanted to leave. The owner and our waiter (Joe) went at it over where the food was and why we did not have it yet, only for the server to tell us they ran out of pizza and the owner to defend the time wait with there is only so much he can do with the ovens that he has. Nothing was making sense and even after requesting our check that took another 10 mins to which we also questioned and were told he was working with a $27000 system and we as customers didn't even know what $27000 looks like. From there I was trying stay calm (6 months pregnant mind you), trying to calm the kids down and get out of there, my husband explained we would not be back and this was unacceptable....now the owner tells us he doesn't want our business and to get out...then follows us....yells at my husband as we are trying to get our 2 year old in the stroller "go on, get out of here FAT BOY" and that was the end. I didn't know whether to scream or cry, I was so upset for all involved. Please do not go here and support this man and his business. They have not idea what customer service is and don't even get me started what could happen if a health inspector walked into this place. I only wish I would have read some of the review on here and other sites before we even stepped foot in here. So sad to hear others had similar experiences.
