Holiday Hits Bandstand Comes Rockin' Into Town

Tickets are now on sale for the Dec. 14 to 16 shows.

The annual tradition of the Ocean City Theater Company’s holiday season returns once again with Holiday Hits Bandstand.

Professional singers and dancers will perform December 14 to 16 at the Ocean City Music Pier. The family-oriented show will bring some of the best holiday hits back to life on stage with dazzling costumes, a beautiful new set and even a few special guests.

Michael Hartman, artistic director for the company, has directed and choreographed the show to bring back “toe-tapping numbers, special effects and familiar songs.”

Hartman hopes that Bandstand will be a success — after Hurricane Sandy forced the cancellation of the murder-mystery “A Family Reunion To Die For.” OCTC is just one of the hundreds of local operations to be affected by the storm.

The cast of Holiday Hits Bandstand will lift spirits and can be seen on 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Dec. 14 (Friday), 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Dec. 15 (Saturday) and 2 p.m. Dec. 16 (Sunday) at the Music Pier. Free parking is available.
