The International Surfing Day Beach Festival highlights the weekend's events.

June 20: International Surfing Day Beach Festival, 7th Street Beach, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., celebrates 10 years of International Surfing Day. Beach, ocean and environmental activities for the whole family. Local shops will provide S.U.P. and Kayak demos along with surfing and kite surfing equipment. June 21: The Ocean City Board of Realtors holds its annual Plant Sale Fundraiser from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the corner of West Avenue and 27th Street Proceeds benefit Waves of Caring. Contact OCBOR, 609-399-0128 for pre sale info. Items include Large Hanging Baskets and Planters, Small Hanging Baskets, potted plants, herbs, vegetables and more.
