While much of the state avoided the brunt of the most recent snow storm to hit the region, Cape May County saw significant amounts of snowfall Tuesday night.
Ocean City saw five inches of snow when all was said and done. Other parts of the county saw nearly seven as the rest of the state escaped the storm.
Wednesday's forecast called for more cold, with an overnight low of 22 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. It will continue to be cold over the weekend, with rain expected all weekend, beginning Friday night.
