Free Christmas Dinner

For 22 years, Peaches Lukens and her husband, Mike, assisted by a group of dedicated volunteers have dedicated their Christmas Day to providing a free, home-cooked buffet dinner to the South Jersey community. The dinner is held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. by the Christian Community Circle at St. Peter's United Methodist Church, 8th and Central Ave.

And they make it easy to participate, no matter what your situation.  The Circle provides take-outs, deliveries and transportation to and from the dinner if needed. If you'd like to help, donations of turkeys, hams and desserts would be appreciated. Call Mike or Peaches at (609) 398-8781. For those interested a church service will be held at St. Peter's Sanctuary starting 10 a.m.
