 aving my daughter I came across this awesome fitness program- Zumba\; wh
 ich has helped me achieve my goals in weight loss\, endurance\, relievin
 g stress and improve my overall well-being. ( I lost 44 lbs in 3 months-
  all thanks to Zumba classes!) I am passionate about helping others expe
 rience the same personal satisfaction that Zumba fitness has brought to 
 me. I encourage my classes to strive for progress\, not perfection and j
 ust to have fun! By being able to enjoy yourself working out it becomes 
 much easier to make the healthy lifestyle change we all strive for. Its 
 not who you are that holds you back\, it&rsquo\;s who you think you&rsqu
 o\;re not. In my mind I never saw myself as a fitness instructor but end
 ed up discovering a true passion for fitness and maybe you can too.&nbsp
 \;So come join the party and shake what your Momma gave ya!I am availabl
 e for subbing\, parties and all different events.
