 ter I came across this awesome fitness program- Zumba\; which has helped
  me achieve my goals in weight loss\, endurance\, relieving stress and i
 mprove my overall well-being. ( I lost 44 lbs in 3 months- all thanks to
  Zumba classes!) I am passionate about helping others experience the sam
 e personal satisfaction that Zumba fitness has brought to me. I encourag
 e my classes to strive for progress\, not perfection and just to have fu
 n! By being able to enjoy yourself working out it becomes much easier to
  make the healthy lifestyle change we all strive for. Its not who you ar
 e that holds you back\, it&rsquo\;s who you think you&rsquo\;re not. In 
 my mind I never saw myself as a fitness instructor but ended up discover
 ing a true passion for fitness and maybe you can too.&nbsp\;So come join
  the party and shake what your Momma gave ya!I am available for subbing\
