 t location on the Ninth Street gateway to Ocean City and adjacent to the
  city's downtown shopping district\, Dice is suggesting the future of th
 e property is a matter of public interest.\nAt a public meeting Thursday
 \, Dice showed City Council members a site plan that included 74 parking
  spaces. He asked the city to consider purchasing the lot as a way to ad
 dress a lack of downtown parking.\nDice invited City Council\, the city
