What's Open on the Boardwalk on the First Day of Spring?

Air temperatures topped out at 63 degrees on Saturday, and with a bright sun making the weather all that much warmer, winter went out like a lamb.
Spring starts today with another nice forecast—though not quite so warm, with highs expected to fall short of 50 degrees.
But if Saturday was any indication, the crowds will return to the beach and Boardwalk today.
From Sixth Street, where 9- and 11-year-old brothers Aedan and Tyler Wilkinson, of Lancaster, PA, built a muddy sandcastle at the water's edge, to Ninth Street, where 10-year-old C.J. Raech of Media, PA, played mini-golf with his family, the beach and Boardwalk had the feel of summer.
Everywhere in between, people were strolling the boards and taking advantage of many sales that featured merchants clearing out old inventory at low prices.
